Taking Serious Steps in a Humorous Way

When you’ve outgrown learning just the basics, and you’re ready for more moves, more technique, and more laughs, you’re ready for the advanced classes.

The Advanced classes assume you know the basics and will start to take you through the more challenging figures, techniques, ideas, and sequences; but we still make it fun. So, if you know the basics of Modern and Latin dances, and are looking for some extra pizzaz, or if you’ve done the easier sequences and are looking to upgrade into something more challenging, this is the first step towards that. If the dance in class is a non-sequence dance, we’ll assume you know the basics. If the dance in class is a sequence, we’ll take you through the sequence from scratch, but assume you’ve danced before.

Making the jump into a more advanced arena can be a little daunting at first. If you need some guidance on if the Advanced class is for you, contact us and we’ll help you out.

We have a range of advanced options for dancers wanting to push their dancing limits; multiple styles and multiple venues, Monday to Saturday. All of our classes change their focus at the start of each calendar month and are presented by professionally qualified and experienced instructors with a wealth of dancing knowledge and a passion for helping people achieve their dancing goals.

Modern Waltz, Quickstep, Slow Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba, Honky Tonk, Argentine Stroll, Swing Waltz, Twilight Waltz, President's Daughter's Waltz, Kerry Lee, Black Knight Tango, La Bomba, Tango Terrific, Barclay Blues, B.G. Blues, and Excelsior Schottische.
