At Long-Steps we have a growing team of experienced, qualified, and passionate instructors itching to teach you.
Studio principals and business owners Ian and Lindsey specialise in Modern Ballroom, Latin American, New Vogue and Sequence, and perform the bulk of the teaching. Our Urban Latino specialist Kavi takes care of all the street dances styles, and some Latin American too. Reny is our go to lady when things get busy, with many years experience and too many qualifications to count we’re very happy she’s sharing her retirement with our dancers. Jon & Pia are former competitors and are bringing their experience to the studio with suite of Performance and Technique courses aimed at refining technical traits and bringing out the best in those dancers wanting that little bit extra. Katrina is our resident Rock ‘n’ Roll specialist and teams up with Reny to deliver Rock ‘n’ Roll courses for beginners and veterans alike. Cheryl covers our social media needs, and helps out in classes and on the social floor to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their experience.
The Long-Steps team is a friendly bunch, brought together by our overall passion for dancing. Fostering a collaboration not competition ethos, the whole team helps their fellow instructors achieve their dancing goals as much as we strive to help our students achieve theirs.
