Learn the basics of how to improve your ballroom dancing without wanting to throttle your dance partner. Learn some simple easy methods of getting better at moving with your partner without making them feel like they are your opponent.

Get better at your ballroom dancing while still having fun. Get an understanding of how best to troubleshoot your dancing so you can continue to improve. Get an appreciation of your partner and their experience so you can work together.

Previous dancing experience is advantageous, but not essential.
